  • Shortening of deadlines: You cannot forget the notion of time. This is probably the most valued factor today. People don’t have as much time as they used to. The hours are the same. However, the activities have changed; the amount of free time is different. People have been adapting to these changes and are very demanding. They are not willing to waste time, so you need to shorten sales times. The faster you realize and respond positively to what the person wants, the better. Your customer will be satisfied and will come back.
  • Friendly service: The affiliate’s work implies, almost entirely, a dialogue relationship. Both interact, the affiliate provides information, and the follower asks about the processes and functioning. But is the affiliate only a salesperson or a person in charge of supporting? Certainly not. There is a deeper relationship between the affiliate and the follower since the service must be much more personalized. And the main thing, the relationship is not just a customer-seller but involves trust. That is a relationship without many formalities, lasting and with that feeling of dealing with someone you know.
