Today’s issue is directly related to another that we have already talked about, and we always reinforce: customer loyalty. Have you ever heard of the term “repurchase”? Follow our post and understand what it is, how to get it, and the connection with the conversion rate.

What is repurchase?

As you can see, we are faced with a word composed of the base “buy” and the prefix “re”. As we know, this prefix indicates a repetition, a reinforcement. Then, “repurchase” means when someone has already bought from you and decides to buy again.

This means that the sales-purchase process is repeated but with some differences. Now it is no longer necessary to offer brand and product information nor use techniques to captivate the person. She already knows us and buys a product that she already knows how it is.

What is the conversion rate?

First, we have to understand what conversion is, then see the rate. So, brought to our affiliate sector, we can say that conversion is when new players register on the site and effectively make a deposit. That is, they go from simple registration to an actual customer who made a purchase.

So, when talking about the conversion rate, we refer to the percentage of players who, after registering, deposited. These first two steps are necessary to go to the next level, which is the bet.

What does it mean that a customer has reached a repurchase?

If the new player made a second deposit, it means that he is betting and that he was satisfied with the site, liked the layout, found the entertainment options he was looking for, and wanted to continue playing.

All of this shows that the sales process, at first, was good and brought results.

Does the affiliate’s activity have anything to do with repurchase and conversion?

If we analyze this issue superficially, we can think that the affiliate is not related to the repurchase. And that is not wrong, as the main responsible for the conversion is the bookmaker. As we have already said on other occasions, the affiliate’s primary function is to get the new player, while loyalty is the casino’s responsibility.

However, we cannot fail to recognize that the affiliate’s work also helps in the conversion. What he says about the brand, how he talks, the fixed promotions he advertises, the reputation of the casino he broadcasts all these influences the final decision of his followers.

In short, the process takes place with a follower who receives good information and gains some welcome promotion, can be a customer. If, after buying once, that same customer comes back, it means that the sales process was efficient and that the loyalty techniques (and the product itself) were good. Therefore, a buyback indicates an excellent conversion rate.
